Frequently asked questions
How & when should I RSVP?
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website or scan the QR code provided in our invitations and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining".
Please RSVP by April 15th, 2026. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "declining"; we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors following this deadline.
What is the attire?
Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and formal dresses. Don’t be afraid to experiment with colors, patterns, and statement silhouettes.
Can I bring a guest?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones, however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some immediate family. We encourage this to be used as a date night!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 p.m., we recommend you aim to arrive by 1:30 p.m. to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony", meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us and we promise to share pictures as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors and the reception will be held outdoors. Please plan accordingly.
Where should we park?
Holy Trinity Catholic Church: There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property.
Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden: There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property. Camp House: 42 on map, Entrance 2
If you are drinking, we also encourage ride-share; Uber, Lift, or even a Fetii Ride!
What time should I arrive at the reception?
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Alex Camp House. Dinner and dancing to follow. The night will end at 10:30 p.m.
Will there be a bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us - come ready to celebrate and have fun!
Where should I stay?
Dallas has plenty of options! Please visit the Accommodations tab here on our wedding website for recommended places to stay. We are actively looking into different options for hotel blocks and will update as we hear back.
What should I do between the ceremony & reception?
We understand that there will be a transition period between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception. Please visit the Dallas Attractions tab here on our wedding website for things to do around the city if you are looking to fill your time.
